Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active pinasgames account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You may request closure of your pinasgames account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no suspicious activity flags are present on the account.
pinasgames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your pinasgames account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. pinasgames does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pinasgames bears no responsibility.

All non-live games on pinasgames use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and not subject to manipulation by pinasgames or any third party.
Live dealer games, including those available through the BetterLive Live section, are conducted by trained human dealers in real time. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG. Live game sessions are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, pinasgames reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. pinasgames will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.

Dispute Timeframe: Any claim or dispute arising from your use of pinasgames must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period may not be entertained.
