Please note that your registered name must match the name on your payment method to ensure smooth withdrawals.

If you wish to permanently close your account, please email our support team at support@pinasgames.org with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the closure to be completed.
